Vivien has been involved in implementing the Augmented Navigation for Africa (ANGA) Programme since 2017. He is mainly in charge of activities related to the mission, services and performance of the ANGA system.
Vivien is a civil aviation engineer who graduated from the African School of Meteorology and Civil Aviation (EAMAC), Niamey (Niger) in 2003. He also received an Advanced Master’s in Aviation and Air Traffic Management from the French Civil Aviation School (ENAC), Toulouse 2012. During his professional career at ASECNA, he accumulated many years of operational experience in Benin and Mauritania, where he was Manager of Air Navigation Operations from 2008 to 2017.
